Device Care Complete can be added to new devices purchased online or in-store. If you bring your own device, you can still enroll during open enrollment.
What's covered?
Coverage for lost or stolen devices with extended protection against accidental damage
Protection from:
- accidental damage or manufacturing defects, up to 2 incidents during a continuous 12-month period
- physical damage, including cracked screens, broken camera, power ports that won’t charge and other valuable features such as your microphone and speaker malfunctioning
- all liquid damage, including water or coffee
Get free battery replacements, unlimited photo and video storage in full resolution and expert tech help for setting up your device

You can add Device Care Complete when purchasing your new device online, in-store or through your My TELUS account within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Device Care Complete is tied to your SIM card and will protect any eligible TELUS phone that is connected to the TELUS network with your SIM. To be eligible for coverage, your phone must be connected to the TELUS network in Canada at the time of damage or loss.
Monthly TELUS Device Care customers can cancel the feature whenever they want, either by having a sales representative cancelling it in-store or by calling TELUS Customer Care.
