With a vision for the future of wireless communications and mobility, GBS was founded by Eli Hage in 2001 in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Starting with the success of a single location, we quickly grew to serve more communities in Atlantic Canada and expand our product portfolio.
Our Mission
Our mission is to build long term relationships by adding value at every step whether it’s for your business or personal services. In an ever-changing and fast-paced industry, we pride ourselves on being an amazing place to work and having fun along the way.
By 2013, recognizing our customers’ growing need for more than just mobility services, we expanded our offerings by acquiring a local IT company with four locations. This strategic move allowed us to build a team of IT experts, backed by experience and industry certifications, dedicated to helping businesses meet their evolving IT needs.
Through close client relationships and a commitment to exceptional service, we continue to provide comprehensive solutions supported by highly trained team and deep industry knowledge. Eli continues to lead the organization with his vision, while his son, Michael, oversees daily operations.
Community Involvement
In 2024, GBS was one of the proud sponsors of Adsum for Women and Children’s Females Fore Females Golf Day, raising over $20,000 to help provide basic needs like shelter and food, helping families transition from crisis to stability.
